On May 21, Infore Investment Holding Investment Co.,Ltd ( Infore Holding), Guangzhou Private Investment investment partnership enterprise ( Limited partnership), Shanghai Green Junhe industry equity investment fund partnership ( Limited partnership), Honggen ( Shenzhen) Investment Center ( ( Limited partnership) signed equity transfer agreement with Zoomlion Environmental Co.,Ltd. The four companies have jointly paid $11.6 billion for an 80% stake in Zoomlion environmental industries. Infore Group purchased a controlling 51% of environmental industry companies for $7.4 billion. The acquisition is Infore holding company's overall acceleration of the environmental protection industry, improving high-end equipment and environmental protection industry, and entering into the important measures in the field of sanitation equipment and sanitation project operation services, which reflects Infore’s decision to make a strong and environmental protection industry.

In environmental equipment manufacturing, Zoomlion became the leader in environmental protection equipment segment market. Its core products are three cars (wash, sweeper, garbage truck) and account for more than 60% in the domestic market. Upon completion of the acquisition, Infore Holding will work with Zoomlion via its strong capital strength, environmental comprehensive monitoring and management capacity and project operation ability, which will greatly enhance the ability of the customers to provide comprehensive environmental monitoring and governance solutions for water, gas, soil, solid waste and hazardous waste.
